Position Overview:

As a Inside Sales Representative on our dynamic team, you're crucial in bolstering our sales infrastructure and driving business expansion. Your contribution is key to refining the sales process from lead generation through to deal completion, providing unparalleled support to our clients at every step. This pivotal role plays a direct part in meeting our sales objectives, retaining clients, and broadening our customer base through strategic sales support efforts.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Provide active support throughout all stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to the successful conclusion of deals.

  • Assess and qualify incoming sales leads for efficient distribution among the sales team, enhancing the opportunity conversion rate.

  • Employ sales tracking tools to gauge team performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to refine sales strategies.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure open lines of communication and cooperation, facilitating a unified approach to meeting sales targets.

  • Play an integral role in reaching sales targets, fostering client loyalty, and driving the expansion of our customer base through diligent follow-up and engagement.

  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of sales support projects that contribute to business growth and the solidification of our sales infrastructure.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited College or University.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and clients.

  • Strong Organizational and Administrative abilities: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

  • Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: 2 years in a customer-facing role, demonstrating the ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, particularly in inside sales or sales support within the tech industry.

  • Lead Management Knowledge: Experience in assessing and qualifying leads

  • Proficiency in Sales Software: Familiarity with sales tracking tools and CRM software to monitor performance and manage customer interactions effectively.
