About the Role:

As a CBRE Administrative Services Associate, you will provide support for business operations by conducting research, updating, and maintaining databases, preparing company forms, and maintaining confidential files.

This job is part of the Administrative Services job function. They are responsible for providing administrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions, and senior management.

Duration: This opportunity is a temporary role from May 2024 until Aug 2024

What You’ll Do:

• Act as an administrative liaison to others within or outside the department and company.

• Draft correspondence, compile and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations.

• Research expense concerns and ensure accurate reporting and payment. Prepare historical summaries or research costs.

• Schedule and maintain calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.

• Coordinate unique events and conferences.

• Prepare materials for leadership meetings.

• Answer calls, research and resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.

• Maintain department records.

• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.

• Impact’s own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.

• Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.

• A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job

function is required.

• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Advanced organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
