Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team remotely on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. As a Financial Analyst, you will primarily focus on accounts payable (A/P) responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial transactions and efficient vendor management. Your expertise in finance, communication skills, and familiarity with enterprise systems will be essential for success.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (A/P): Handle invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, manage relationships, and address any billing discrepancies.

Expense Management: Monitor and analyze expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Utilities Setup: Ensure correct billing for utilities, coordinate with vendors, and terminate unnecessary services.

Financial Analysis: Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and other analytical tasks.

Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders as needed.

Contract Transition: When acquiring new companies, facilitate contract transitions and vendor changes

Skills and Requirements

Finance Experience: Prior experience in finance, specifically with accounts payable and vendor interactions.

SAP and Coupa: Proficiency in SAP for invoicing and familiarity with Coupa (preferred).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (rated 10/10). Enterprise Background: Experience in large enterprise environments is preferred. null
