A Recruiter is a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team managing full cycle recruiting. The Recruiter works independently to source candidates, review applications, interview, offer, process backgrounds, schedule training, and complete new hire steps on behalf of field locations in a timely manner contributing to a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows Talent Acquisition department timelines, processes, and standards as it relates to the full cycle hiring process.

  • Be a contributing team member that works closely with hiring managers as a consultant and provide effective and innovative Recruiting and Sourcing solutions for positions within the Field

  • Maximizes the ATS for position management, candidate metrics, and candidate movement. Maintains all applicant data within the ATS for the entire recruiting and hiring process. Ensures candidates are being screened and processed in a timely manner by actively working with ATS, background check, payroll, and training systems.

  • Strong focus on a multitude of pipeline strategies including referral programs, community partnerships, job fairs, school partnerships, diversity groups, unemployment offices, local government programs, and, grass-roots campaigns (radio, TV, signage, etc.).

  • Delivers results with minimal supervision. Prioritizes multiple functions, tasks, locations, and requisitions. Manages time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.

  • Monitors weekly/monthly/quarterly analytics and KPIs for assigned locations as set by the department with emphasis on time to hire.

  • Collaborates with Human Resources, Employment Standards, Safety, & Operations as it relates to hiring, onboarding, and additional standards set by the TA team.

  • Keeps informed of changes in systems and processes related to full cycle hiring process.

  • Provides optimal levels of customer service. Develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with location staff and Talent Acquisition.

  • Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in recruiting (full cycle recruitment process, agency, corporate recruiting, or military environment) or human resources.

  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.

  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM (database).

  • Knowledge of legally compliant hiring practices and applicant screening. Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail

  • High sense of urgency, with efficient time management skills
